Arts & Dafts has been around since January 2008. Starting out as a dumping ground for my random projects and thoughts, I grew to realize I wanted A&D to be something much more...
The internet has become an amazing place for artists to grow. The "up and coming" no longer go unnoticed. So while I try to make it big with my own photography, I also want to be part of helping others be seen. Not only does it give artists a chance to be viewed by new eyes, it also inspires and motivates the readers. It's a win/win!

A little about me:
I have been blogging since 2003, but it's taken me until now to create just the right space.
I am a photographer, artist and a writer. My "day job" is being a theater technician...for now.
I live in Brooklyn with my fella, Johnny, of 7 years and my brother Gypsy. That's not his real name, but it is. We have 2 black cats, Sid (Vicious) and Joey (Ramone)
Thanks to my mom, Annie, and my dad, Dr. Mike, for putting all of this together for me and for always always always encouraging me, no matter what ridiculous crap I've gotten myself into.
